Alexander Diliana - Score: 85.000
I like that the objectives are very specific to social issues currently affecting South Florida. The engagement level seems low in terms of the budget the organization - it corresponds to an organization with a much lower budget. I would suggest that the organization reaches to local organizations outside of the immediately apparent, to engage a wider and more culturally diverse community, to align with their mission statement. They state that more than 1/2 members are not Jewish and I wish that they have elaborated on the statement by highlighting actors and events that attracted a diverse audience, participants, and artists. The budget seems really heavy on admin costs, as opposed to programming costs.
Garren Cynthia - Score: 83.000

Robust mission statement which declares Jewish and non-Jewish programming, but it seems most programming is geared to the Jewish tradition.  Secret of Bees - non-Jewish programming

HIT - very intriguing program for teens

Timeline - okay; clear with key details

Impact:  8703 community members seems low; no economic impact

Marketing tends to rely mostly on traditional advertising; some social media

Fiscal - how are you addressing aging facilities?   Are there endowments, reserves, etc? Budget lists $56,800 for admissions, but project lists $60,000 in admissions.  Small error, but watch your numbers.

Requesting 47% for project -

Accessiblity - Hired Inclusion & Accessibility Director that helps all depts.  Completed MD ADA self-evaluation and attended workshops - very good
