Excellence: clear goals, objectives and activities. I wish the activities were fleshed out more - this would help me understand the specifics necessary to complete the projects. Handing out cards at the performances will be key-  I feel like most of your audience will not understand the concepts you are trying to express and actually be put off by this “invasion” into their daily life. If they have something to read to help them understand that will greatly increase your positive impact. 

I wish there were more partners - have you reached out to local colleges or high schools, or are the performers all coming from your dance company? This seems like a missed opportunity.

Impact: It is a low impact numbers wise, but I realize you’ll reach more once this hits social media. Again, I feel like this is an opportunity to reach out to colleges to involve students in this project. Since so much of the marketing of the project has to be on social media, younger participants are a natural fit. The educational and outreach components are not being fully realized.

Management: inkind- who is the marketing that is donating part of it? And I thought rehearsal space was covered? Why is there a line for rehearsal space? I’m glad to see you have other sources of income, like the Knight Arts Challenge- is this secured? And who is the individual support? I wish there was more information regarding these income sources in the explanation. 

Have you talked to the sites yet? The management of the water taxis or the hotel? Is this even allowed? I’m glad you’re checking first and securing permits.

Why not collabs related to the issues addressed to really activate the conversation about these important issues? Maybe just not outlined here?

For example, maybe an HIV service organization would sponsor some expenses or plan a discussion around a performance, or bring more PR.........
