I appreciate how detailed your goals and objectives are. You have some compelling programs and activities planned. I appreciate that you have exhibits about black history, veterans history, and you have an exceptional library (The Robert M. Conrad Educational Center). I also really appreciate your focus on preserving oral histories. It would be wonderful if you could extend your hours or your number of days open.

Greater detail for collection care is needed beyond describing that objects are kept in a locked display case.

A well-written and well-supported grant application.  Detailed, informative, and with clearly articulated objectives and assessment strategies. (NOTE: Curious that population benefit percentages break down into four equal quarters.  This seems unlikely.)

Grant is well done.  Thank you.

Excellence: Goal - to expand established programs through recruitment and training of volunteers and reach under-served groups.  the objectives are clear, partnerships seem to be in place, timeline is clear, collections summary solid

Impact: Provides needed historical services, provided details on economic impact, outreach to community, state, national and international visitors and marketing is fundamentally provided direct and through affiliates and resources from the state and city of DeLand.

Budget is modest for the work they accomplish - no issues I can see; Assuming $45K+ in revenue other is fundraising activities?

ADA: WVHS make adaptations for no ADA access to the second floor of the DeLand House by offering a full video tour of those holdings.   One may want to take the 504 Self Evaluation again, since it has been over three years.
