I appreciate that you have plans for exhibits about women's history, as well as a focus on black history and Native American history. Well done.
Falwell Kerry - Score: 90.000
Video was very helpful. Promotional materials are using the wrong logo for the Division of Cultural Affairs. Good partnerships.
Hipschman Dorrie - Score: 95.000

What is being done to address the continuing operational budget deficit?

Goals and Objectives are well developed, clear and focused.  They have outstanding community partnerships and a solid commitment to their collections and programs.

The Goals specifically state they will build and diversity their audiences, raise awareness of their mission, increase outreach and strengthen partnerships nor did they discuss how they will accomplish those tasks, with the exception of noting them in the Timeline.  However they missed the opportunity to elucidate on these in the Impact section.

The Proposal impact discussion was too brief and lacked any information on why they are a vital part of the community, what the economic impact of the programs is and how it relates to the mission.  There was no discussion or demonstrable information about how they achieve their proposed activities, with the exception of alluding to getting the job done.  This was a missed opportunity to educate the reviewer of the grant.

Match is $38,500 in cash and $1,500 in in-kind production material.
