I am glad that Flagler Beach Historical Museum is open 7 days a week. Many museums are only open 3 or 4 days a week. I would have liked to have heard more details about specific exhibit ideas for the future rotating display area.

Good goals and objectives. Cultural partnerships beyond marketing would strengthen application. No direct economic impact data.

Congratulations on managing a very small budget very effectively.I'd like to see more appropriate compensation and the transition to a full time director.  $25,250 is an hourly rate of only about $12, and is below a living wage in Flagler Beach, FL - and we all know that part-time directors usually put in full-time hours for part-time pay  This should be a primary goal for this organization's board of trustees to ensure sustainability of the organization.

The grant includes income of $19,484 from events, but I don't see that line item in the overall budget?

A very well-written grant.  Nice work.

Excellence: This is a well developed and easily understood discussion on the Historical Society, mission, goals and programs.

Impact:  My only comment is that if the population of the city is 5,000 (75% of whom are white) and the impact is 9,000, is there anyway to surmise how many of the residents are attending, the demographics of attendees in general and if not, what impact programs are in place to diversity outreach?  Proposed impact only discusses socio-economics and not race, ethnicity, native populations, etc.  Is there a socio-economic demographic related to race or ethnicity or is this only reflective of the "white" demographics?  Otherwise, quantitatively it's a pretty impressive impact.  Marketing relationships and control over the outlet for marketing through Surf 97.3.

Management:  Impressed with the personal followup call to all members for direct feedback. Modest but stable operations budget. Is there any concern the project budget/organizational support represents over 28% of the annual budget? - almost $20K of a $70K budget?
