Policies and procedures for live animal collection unclear. Suggest not referring to animal collection as critters. These are ambassador animals and are working animals in that regard.

Impact -- Extensive and well-described economic and educational impact. Marketing program is expanding.

Management -- More information on the role of TCMF and its relationship to FPUA would be helpful, particularly with respect to understanding the sustainability of the MOEC as a municipal department.

Accessibility -- Increasing efforts with programmatic access.
