I expect that the school-based students are engaged through their Friends of the Elementary Arts Music Chairs Auction? I think it's a great partnership for them to hire UF Federal Work Studies Students and work with a theater troupe. In the Qualitative evaluation approaches section you mentioned ...Measuring success through younger membership as reflective of future success of organization...good view. It wouldn't hurt to get more participant feedback, though! It's great to see a strong volunteer base with significant volunteer hours! This is of course, reflective of strong community support! The letters and documents were great... a photo or two of exhibitions in new space would have been nice as well.
