I was happy to hear of your new diversity initiatives because at first I was concerned that your organization was simply doing the same thing year after year.Other thoughts...it seems strange that the budget puts a lot of funding into creating the arts festival guide and minimal $ into actual “Advertising – Print and Digital” especially since MDCA mentioned so many other media marketing resources in the marketing and promotion section. In the evaluation section getting feedback from judges on their experience could be a new approach, too.
