I think that your organization has very admirable goals, but this proposal falls short for me in two ways: there is no explanation of your budget deficit from last season, and I do not feel you have made the case as to why this program is so important beyond giving these musicians a place to perform in South Florida. Your mention of free student tickets is great. What else can you do to have bigger impact? What about requiring artists to perform for groups who would not normally come to your programming? |
