+community contribution -vague evaluation plan -first person "I" in proposal is problematic. -Use of language like "All students welcome (color, race, religion, disability)" shows a lack of sensitivity to diversity and inclusion. "Underprivileged" should be "under-served" for instance. |

While I believe in the power of working with Master Artists, the proposal is extremely light on details as to who, what, where, and when. Without this information, and measurable objectives, we are left wondering how the applicant will achieve everything they wish to. Your website is incredibly articulate and this grant simply is not. I also think support materials would have helped greatly here. |
