In Excellence section, need to use more detail in all narratives.

Proposal Impact - narrative didn't really answer the economic impact or education and outreach questions.

Marketing section is way too brief.  Needs more detail.

Accessibility - Access issues pertain to not only the physical environment, but also the programmatic environment, and need to also include organizational initiatives, including marketing materials and website accessibility, training for staff, designation of an internal ADA Coordinator for your organization, etc.  There is no staff person for compliance and no self eval has been done? If this is the case, it is hard to believe that the organization has any policies and procedures because nothing was listed in the brief narrative. 

Strong: Multigenerational participation through 3 ensembles

Management: Improvement in presentation quality of supporting documentation, such as readable programs with repertoire and performance video/audio clips would be helpful in review process
