Goals and measurable objectives are not clear

Grant funds are requested for soloists and professional fees, but it is unclear what repertoire or type of performance this would be used for; the narrative states that the director chooses soloists from the choir

Current & Next Fiscal Year Operating Budgets should be balanced.  They are showing huge surpluses also with no explanation.

Accessibility narrative is only focused on the physical environment.

These comments were also included in last year's evaluation, but I do not see any changes were made to these areas.

Collaboration with and financial support of the youth chorus is strong - building lifelong appreciation of and participation in music, intergeneration interaction, etc.

Management: It is not possible to assess excellence without full programs and particularly audio and/or video clips.  (although you mention these are posted on youtube. Please consider inclusion in your next application.
