Excellent proposal description with great detail. Economic impact narrative is still lacking in actual economic impact detail...this same comment was in last year's panel comments as well. |

Musicall is to be commended for providing music education on various levels in a variety of sites, for children of varying ages and levels, and communities, notably low income. It is difficult to assess the quality of instruction and performance without videos, a concern which management must address going forward. Management must be charged with explaining key budget items in greater detail, for example $60K of outside contract expenses seems large, unless that is the amount spent on contract service personnel of administration. |

I liked your proposal. Your budget shows significant growth over 3 years. Is this part of a strategic plan and/or othe initiatives? |

The grant is well written but the mission statement needs some grammatical tightening up. This is not a complete sentence: "To teach music to children, ages five through eighteen from any cultural heritage or economic status with the purpose of organized ensembles and orchestras, encouraging self-esteem and motivation for self-improvement, forming a healthy attitude toward society." Many great initiatives--congratulations!
