Excellent proposal description with great detail.

Economic impact narrative is still lacking in actual economic impact detail...this same comment was in last year's panel comments as well.

Musicall is to be commended for providing music education on various levels in a variety of sites, for children of varying ages and levels, and communities, notably low income.

It is difficult to assess the quality of instruction and performance without videos, a concern which management must  address going forward.  Management must be charged with explaining key budget items in greater detail, for example $60K of outside contract expenses seems large, unless that is the amount spent on contract service personnel of administration.

I liked your proposal. Your budget shows significant growth over 3 years. Is this part of a strategic plan and/or othe initiatives?

The grant is well written but the mission statement needs some grammatical tightening up. This is not a complete sentence: "To teach music to children, ages five through eighteen from any cultural heritage or economic status with the purpose of organized ensembles and orchestras, encouraging self-esteem and motivation for self-improvement, forming a healthy attitude toward society."

Many great initiatives--congratulations!
