Difficult to assess your application for a season that is not fully determined. You need to provide an idea of your direction and the issues you hope to deal with. I was struck that according to your application:"No group made up 25% or more of population benefitting," yet your season and artist line up shows a substantial percentage of a particular race benefitting. It is only in the student season line up that we see an explicit attempt to diversify. While overall the organization is making an attempt to move beyond the familiar, it has a very long way to go. To do Disgraced is not to diversify.

Kudos on your endowment! Great job on record ticket sales posted on Facebook page. One thing I noted as someone who is not a current subscriber and may not have gotten season information from you, the new season is not posted anywhere on your Facebook posts announcing tickets on sale, you must go to the website to look at the season.
