This grant-writer knows the way to my heart. I love the donor profile section. Not long, but effective. Wonderful growth in the box office. Wow. And subscriptions. My only angst is that this ongoing project has received DCA grants in successive years. Deserved.

Please elaborate on the 7500 donors. Your ticket sales have increased exponentially in 5 years (5x). This is remarkable and speaks to the product that is being offered. The "no child is turned away policy" is commendable. The donation of unsold ticket to cancer patients is impressive. It is always a delight to read the application from Titusville Playhouse. The grant reads very well.

I like the collaboration with Parrish Medical Center and with The Kennedy Space Center.  The increase in ticket sales is amazing.

TPI seems well run, popular within the community. Do you have an endowment>

Congratulations on all the success, the growing tickets sales, and subscriptions. This applicant has consistently shown good management of the grant dollars its award. These grant applications are always well written and full of important details making them a pleasure to read. Thank you for including before and after pictures of the completed prior phases. I am excited for this project and for the Division and Cultural Council to once again partner with this great organization.

One suggestion, this application would have benefited from number estimates to show the possible increase in ticket prices and examples of shows that have requirements that the current theater cannot meet and who would be attracted due to the improvements to the facility. Measurable outcomes and goals are always encouraged.

This has been a thoughtful approach to a 5 year renovation plan.  The organization always presents a strong case for funding.  Although it is unusual to fund an institution in this category for five years in a row, if we add up the total investment of the state this has remained a modest investment with a big return, as illustrated in the dramatic changes in attendance, subscriptions and positive reviews.
