Did we not fund this project last year? Great fundraising!!!This is a great project. I will give it a high score if I can be reassured that this is truly a new grant and that there is no redundancy in the funding.

I would have liked to read more about partnerships with underserved communities and artistically exposing underrepresented populations. The support materials, specifically the I believe video was very helpful.

how is the scope of work different than the 500,000 grant maltz received the past year? No letters of support from local legislators.

The Maltz Theater is doing so well with a 10 million dollar endowment, earned income of 3 million annually, excellent private fundraising, a fully functioning Conservatory and has become  a popular destination for theater.

My questions concern the grant from last year. Has that money been spent? Do we have a signed Grant Agreement? If not why not? Are we duplicating in the grant needs from last years grant? Explanation is needed for me to give a passing score.

Did construction begin? Was this the same grant request from 2018? Was that work not done? Strong Community, Financial and Environmental Statements. This grant fits in with the stated goals of the grant program. Would have liked list and letters of support from organizations that use the theater. Would have liked to hear any plans around accessibility. Good support materials with funding campaign information.

Would like to have complete construction documents.

Any updates on funding from City of Jupiter?  Renovation of Imagine Room?

Glad to see so many involved in the matching funds!

Curious about the statement that the City of Jupiter 'approved' the renovation project.  Do they have ownership in building or property?

'Impact' section refers to doubling the number of patrons and level of programming, yet budget narrative refers to a 'modest' increase in operation staff and production staff.  And under Financial impact we see a statement about job creation for production, marketing, and intern management.  Ask for clarification.

There is very little cultural diversity expressed in the printed materials used by the theater in patrons, staff, and faces from the stage (ie. in Annual Report).  Curious what the demographics of audience look like?

Interested in the process that determined the need for the scope of these renovations.  What was the community engagement piece of that work?

Congrats on establishing the $10 million endowment.

Why will the 2nd stage only be used when main theatre is dark?  Are there other performing arts companies in the area that might want to rent it?  Will it be available for that?

I am unclear of the relationship between the $2.5 million project you presented (with a $3.4 million contingency) and the $25 million campaign.  Does that include the $10 million endowment?
