It's fantastic that you produce new plays! No clear, measurable goals. I'd like to see measurables. No specific timeline relatively limited impact relative to the amount of funding requested you are requesting half of your project budget from DCA. That's a lot! Are you meeting your mission in terms of accessibility? There's nothing to measure this in your evaluation plan.

Excellence - In this section you have the opportunity to describe your programs/activities in detail so that reviewers understand you and what you are accomplishing. You need to include measurable objectives. What are you specifically going to do to reach your goals? Management - Do you evaluate your programs? Audience satisfaction? Why are you projecting a big increase in admissions next fiscal year? |

Appreciate commitment to diversity in mission statement. Proposal description is blank. Partnerships nicely support theatre's mission. Would like to see more clearly defined goals and how the activities supporting the goals will be measured.

Great mission statement, and the goals, objectives, & activities support it. Expanding the artistic vision to promote new playwrights was a great move The community partnerships are very impressive Why are there no artists included in the total individuals in the impact numbers? Volunteers are artists too! Producing "Maid's Door" is a bold step for a community theatre, and should go a long way to increase the diversity of your audience The breakdown of GCP's economic impact is most impressive GCP's fiscal condition would be the envy of any professional theatre Good luck with the goal of increasing the out-of-town component of your patron base to 15%, and increase minority/youth as well. That is a healthy goal. |

goals and objectives were muddy. What are you planning to do EXACTLY. How will the grant maintain the facility, etc? Timeline did not give a timeline of project activities. Strong fiscal sustainability Deficit operation last seaosn Did not complete the full project budget None of the files would download at all. They were corrupt Need letters of support in you support package |

Excellence: Goals are included, but measurable objectives and activities are not described. A more detailed timeline would be helpful in evaluating the project. Impact: Strong local financial impact on the community is outlined. Marketing and promotion plan could be more diverse and descriptive. Management: Evaluation plan does not include measures of impact. Budget includes key focus areas for improvement outlined in the project (out-of-county advertising to increase patrons. |
