No description of how you'll work with partners listed. extensive goals and activities impressive impact, especially to older adults Excellent evaluation, particularly donor management system. Administrative salaries seem very high given the size of the budget. |

Excellence - Would have liked info on what your partners are providing. Management - Strong financials with significant expenditures for admin and program staff. With an almost $2.7 million budget next year, I'm wondering why you are not compensating actors and moving to professional theatre status. |

Well-thought out and organized proposal. The proposal indicates that more than 25% of persons benefiting from programs are white. Would like to see expanded proposal for reaching non-white audiences. Pleased to see that 17/18 season is a mix of classics and contemporary work and that it included 4 women playwrights. Would encourage continued evaluation to include more diversity of voices.

The organization's mission statement is clearly supported by the goals, objectives, and activities. Clearly described exemplary proposed programs. I am confident in the ability of the organization to carry out the proposal. Provides vital cultural services to the service area. Extensive activities are proposed & are achievable within the grant period. The different categories of people who will benefit do not add up to the total individuals who will benefit. Overall excellent economic impact information was provided, extensive & achievable proposed activities during grant period, educational/outreach components fully serve the constituency, and very appropriate/effective marketing. I am very confident in the organization's fiscal stability & ability to carry out the proposed activities given the operating budget, grant proposal budget, and fiscal information. Well defined & measurable evaluation methods employed to help the organization achieve its mission & proposed programs. I am very confident in the ability of the applicant to sustain the programs after the grant period. Very impressive board commitment and participation. Great support materials!

Your goals were strong but some of the activities needed to be more focused. It became somewhat confusing. Including your marketing plan under excellence but not what you were going to do with the work itself Good impact Very clear marketing plan Support material needed some outside point of view articles or reviews. No letters of support |

Excellence: Strong description of goals, objectives, and activities. Partnerships should include a description of their contribution to the project. The Timeline could be strengthened with detailed description of at least activities during each quarter (if not month) of the grant period. Impact: Strong outreach and promotion plan that includes significant activities to reach under-served youth. Management: Strong fiscal stability and probability of successfully managing/completing grant activities. |
