Management - Strong financials with significant expenditures for admin and program staff. With an almost $2.7 million budget next year, I'm wondering why you are not compensating actors and moving to professional theatre status.

The proposal indicates that more than 25% of persons benefiting from programs are white. Would like to see expanded proposal for reaching non-white audiences.

Pleased to see that 17/18 season is a mix of classics and contemporary work and that it included 4 women playwrights. Would encourage continued evaluation to include more diversity of voices.

Excellence: Strong description of goals, objectives, and activities. Partnerships should include a description of their contribution to the project. The Timeline could be strengthened with detailed description of at least activities during each quarter (if not month) of the grant period.

Impact: Strong outreach and promotion plan that includes significant activities to reach under-served youth.

Management: Strong fiscal stability and probability of successfully managing/completing grant activities.
