Carr Kevin - Score: 92.000

How do you plan to increase your marketing efforts?

no detailed timeline

I'd like to see more details on Marketing. Especially since it's part of your goals

Conner Tracey - Score: 89.000

Excellence - You need to include a description of your programs in this section. We need to know more about your productions, performances, and summer camps. Tell you story and what you want to accomplish programmatically/artistically.

Impact - You propose to reach 7,000 school based youth. It's not clear what programming you offer or how you are reaching these youth.

Dale Mary-Margaret - Score: 91.000

Proposal description is blank.

Good commitment to expanding the audience. Great approach by committing to having conversations with the audiences you wish to reach rather than just blindly programming and hoping they attend.

Goals clearly outlined and measurable.

Would be interested to know the breakdown of the audience - seniors / families / millennial / youth.

Suggest giving strong consideration to a commitment to diversity of voices and gender parity in title selections for future seasons.

If there is a commitment to make auditions and encouragement of involvement from the community to people of all backgrounds, would recommend stating as such in the Accessibility section.

Mission statement clearly describes organization and programs/activities fully support the mission.

Confident in the ability of the organization to carry out the proposal.

Partnerships & collaborations are clearly defined.

Impact numbers do not add up to equal the total individuals to benefit.

Provides vital cultural services to community & service area.

Demonstrates specific economic impact of programs/projects that relate to the organization's mission.

Very appropriate & effective marketing/promotion/publicity & audience development/expansion efforts.

Very confident in the organization's fiscal stability & ability to carry out the proposed activities given the operating budget, grant proposal budget, and fiscal information.

Very confident in the ability of the applicant to sustain the programs after the grant period.

Hopkins Rebecca - Score: 91.000

Goals, objectives and activities were confusing. Keep it clear to read. Where was the programming. I didn't understand what you were actually producing.

Marketing plan was very vague.

What is your economic impact?

good support material

Lynch Lindsay - Score: 97.000

Excellence: Measurable goals, objectives, and activities are included, along with a detailed timeline and partnerships with contribution to the project.

Impact: Description of local impact could be strengthened with financial impact data. Robust marketing and promotion plan included.

Evaluation Plan: Evaluation plan includes both qualitative and quantitative data; however, it use of a web-response tool as the sole means for gathering patron feedback can be problematic (low response rate).

Accessibility: Strong accessibility plan with current Section 504 Evaluation.
