No clear goals, objectives or activities beyond the names of the productions minimal information on partnerships and timeline. no specific info on ticket prices and discounts. need to include much more specific details in this application in the future. great to see facilities needs being addressed. very good corporate/individual support |

Excellence - Needs more clearly defined measurable outcomes. Maybe next time include strategic plan in support materials would help. How do your partnerships help your organization?
Dale Mary-Margaret - Score: 90.000
Proposal is well-organized and provides good detail of plans for the season. Encourage consideration of more diverse voices of playwrights and titles for future seasons. Pleased to hear that board is considering paying a set designer. |

I appreciate the goal to expand outreach to the under-served in the community How do you plan to expand your reach within the minority population? Is there something in addition to the ad in The Villages' Sharon Morse Performing Arts Theatre's program that caused the large marketing budget increase? |

Goals, objectives, and activities were good, but a difficult to read. Good stretch goal in adding a show. Seems to be producing a lot of shows for the impact numbers You can get your economic impact through the American's for the Arts study. good support

Excellence: Narrative could be strengthened with a more detailed timeline write-up and inclusion of measurable goals, objectives, and activities. Impact: Congressional letter of support shouldn't really be included with marketing and promotion. Robust promotion plan is outlined. Management: Reasonable budget is requested. Evaluation could be strengthened with assessment of activity impact (impact of the productions included as the project activities). This could be accomplished through audience surveys or patron focus groups.
