- Interesting mission.

- Nice description of the event - lots of details provided.

- For your goals and objectives, it would be helpful to put some numbers in here, so you will be able to know when you are successful. How many songwriters do you want to attract? How many more attendees do you want to attract? You mentioned a long-term fundraising goal in Goal/Objective #3, but what is your 'step goal' to get to that long-term goal? You did provide a revenue goal of 400k (from 285k), but other objectives needed that level of specificity as well.

- Would liked to have more information about the marketing plan: social media - I appreciate that you mentioned that Breckenridge Media is handling it - but what is the strategy? Target audiences? Platforms used? Some additional info would be very helpful.

- Same thing with print - how often will you run those ads?

- The website is great - I really appreciated the videos right on the home page.

- I really appreciate that in the partnership section, you actually defined what each of those partners do for you.

- Your economic impact number seems low. I would think it would be much higher. How did you arrive at that number? Have you tried to utilize Americans for the Arts' economic impact calculator.

- Raising funds for other organizations is great - congrats - but I hope that some of those funds are utilized to help grow your event and support the artists that you feature during the festival.

- I would recommend that the organization complete the accessibility self-evaluation. This is necessary if you are asking to receive public funding. Making sure that all Floridians and visitors can access and enjoy the festival should be a top priority.

- Fiscally stable - great to read.

- Lean budget.

- Great corporate support. Congrats.

- The letter from your president was a bit of a missed opportunity. This should have been an opportunity for him to talk about the impact of the organization, his passion for starting it, etc. It was rather perfunctory - you missed an opportunity to tout the impact that it has on the artists that you support and the audiences that come to enjoy the festival.

- Terrific letter of support from the Sheriff! THIS is the type of impact that a support letter should have! Great to read.
