Accessibility: Even as a virtual program, you must consider how these questions are addressed. If you purpose is to serve the most 'at risk' kids, then you most consider how you will serve them in this program. Additionally, with your public performances.

this grant is well-written giving outcomes and justifying the return on investment.

I encourage the organization to create sustainable models that reward the creators. Salary to administration workers both programmatic and personnel is one method. in order to build a legacy and sustainability, I encourage the organization to budget and fill these positions with dollars. 

To build institutional capacity this organization budget is low.
