Objectives are largely dependent on district and school investment - great if it's there... Great use of Kennedy Center Arts Integration materials. Consider supporting a school-based administrator or teacher in their training so you can have an AI expert embedded in the system? PLCs - who decides what schools/teachers participate? How do you recruit participants to commit to another PLC? What are the performances? How are they tied to curriculum? Or are they? Arts integration power point - some good concepts there, but how long are your workshops? How are teachers supported as they experiment with arts integration? Is the workshop one and done or do you help them beyond? |
