Yes! Get it! More music, more students! I would love to see this be the start of a larger program, and wish the applicant requested more funding to pay herself for development of the work and to ensure stability of the program. |

The idea and his experience seem commendable = could/should be funded. I am not convinced about the ability to penetrate all the bureaucratic structures (each school is one) to achieve the project as described. The budget also does not align with the narrative = low points on Impact and Management Impressive resume |
