I would like to see more detailed goals and objectives. How much are you hoping to grow in 18-19? How would you define an expansion of local impact through mural arts mentoring? These are great details that would make your case for funding stronger.

Thank you for including your economic impact on Miami-Dade County.

Re: budget. Would like to have seen an explanation of your increased personnel costs for next fiscal year.

Completing the 504 Self Eval should be a top priority and should have been competed before now.

Jose Brian - Score: 82.000

Good mission, and a great job of tying mission to ample activities and partners - really strong. However, this reviewer would like to see much more detail in the goals and objectives section. how does applicant measure success without measurable objectives?

Applicant manages evidence of impact.

Applicant manages evidence of fiscal astuteness and provides adequate evaluation protocols.

Reviewer has concerns regarding applicant's lack of policies, training and evaluation in accessibility area of grant application, necessitating a low score in this area.

Palkhivala Tania - Score: 85.000

You will celebrate the 12th Annual Moksha Art Fair, but only indicated having 1-2 years of completed programming. However, you indicate MAC has been in existence since 2000. There is great discrepancy among these three different responses.

Objectives should be fully measurable.

There is no explanation for the huge swing in expenses from Current Fiscal Year to Next Fiscal Year.

It would seem that in terms of the fiscal years (at the time of application), Last = 15/16, Current = 16/17, and Next = 17/18 with there only being 3 months of overlap with the grant period (July 1, 2018 - June 30, 2019). Going by your budget for Next Fiscal Year (17/18), the overall proposal budget amount (for 18/19) is exactly the same. I don't see an explanation for such sudden anticipated stability.

It is critical that minimally the Abbreviated Accessibility Checklist is completed before the next application. Also, there is an opportunity to discuss efforts to date to help participants with barriers to engagement.

Rivera Darren - Score: 80.000

Objectives should be measurable, e.g. Increase the number of regional events from A to B by (date). Informative artist bios in supporting documents. Good economic impact, and the potential impact of the mural project is strong.

Rusconi Ellen - Score: 77.000

clear goals. Objectives could present clearer targets with quantification

The narrative is hard to read - it could benefit from streamlining and organizing

Timeline would be better with details.

very high impact numbers

economic impact is quantified

Marketing is detailed

Enormous jump in budget 0 almost 3x 2017 in 2018 (positive that the note was included).  Can management do this successfully?
