I would love to see you grow your base. It sounds like you're doing good work.

What are you working on during 3rd Quarter 2018 in your timeline section?

Great attendance information. You are obviously a small organization, but I appreciate that you are getting to know your audiences and keeping records of your first-time attendees.

Great data on your Orlando-impact. Hope to see your solidified data next year.

I'm also glad to see a conscience effort to hire interns of color, as well as diversifying your board.

Would like to see more of your marketing efforts.

The two objective are made clear, but I do not see evidence of how outcomes are being measured for evaluation.

What an advantage to have an economist on the Board!

Applicant doe a good job citing "impact" of organization.

I would like to have seen more narrative around the applicant's commitment to "accessibility."

In the Proposal Description, it could be useful to identify the names of individual artists or ensembles participating in your programming in years past or are slated to participate during this grant period.

Your language is a bit confusing regarding the fiscal year. Just before your Operating Budget Summary, you indicate your fiscal year ends 12/31, however in the Fiscal Condition and Sustainability section, you write "to date in FY2016" (which presumably ended 12/31). Did you mean 2017, or were you still reconciling 2016 as of the date of this application (June 1)? One would mean have raised that much in a 5 month period.

Because you elected to apply for General Program Support, your proposal budget should reflect general programming that takes place during the grant period 7/1/2018 - 6/30/2019. If you need it to align with your fiscal year, than the budget should reflect General Programming for that period of overlap.

Your Accessibility statement should address how your organization's General Programming provides Accessibility for its guests who may experience (physical, language, hearing, etc...) barriers to participation.

Efforts to increase board diversity are appreciated, as is the attempt to quantify the program's economic impact.

Goal, Objectives and Activities - Providing recording to artists is a great service.  This section would be stronger overall if response were focused on the question at hand.  It would also be more readable if this section were better organized.

the objectives seem more like goals to me.  Objectives should be measurable and provide clear targets.

Activities - does a portion of the cash contributions go to the Artists?  It would be good to provide a range to give context.

Partnership section is strengthened by the inclusion of specific roles of each partner.

Impact is very good; strengthen by totaling it (in addition to reporting $50 per individual).

Marketing and Promotion - commendable holistic diversity efforts.  What other marketing is undertaken?

Management and Operating budget - 20% increase in membership sales and add'l contributions is ambitious and may be hard to achieve.

Operating Budget - wold be helpful to have some variation explanation (ie programmatic expenses)

Be clear about Membership Dues = Revenue: Admissions; be consistent in terminology throughout proposal

Accessibility is good

Support materials - inclsion of a marketing piece or two would be great here
