I see your marketing budget has gone up, and you mention your strong marketing efforts. I would like to see examples of your marketing as an attachment. I found the attachments to be lacking.

This grant was very difficult to read. All the paragraph breaks were distracting.

I liked seeing the school partnerships, but would have benefitted from more information about how you work with them.

You mention evaluations- would love to see your survey data and how you have implemented suggestions and improvements.

Jose Brian - Score: 82.000

A good mission statement and applicant does an excellent job at highlighting the exemplary programs; however, what are the goals and objectives? How are they measured. I would also like to see the relationships with the partners expanded upon.

I would like to see more detail in the impact section like that the highlights the food donations cited by applicant.

Under accessibility, I like that the applicant highlights modifications of past practice.

The Arts & Economic Prosperity calculator could be useful to help articulate the economic impact of the organization and this proposal.
Rivera Darren - Score: 92.000
Important mission with relevant program activities, e.g. mentoring and performances. Breaking out goals, outcomes and activities into separate sections would facilitate readability. Measurable outcomes would strengthen the proposal. Good description of the impact of the food drive, but overall economic impact is missing. See Americans for the Arts' economic prosperity calculator. Past evaluation results and how they shape program activities/modifications would strengthen the proposal.
Rusconi Ellen - Score: 80.000

Strengthen application with clearer goals and measurable objectives.  More detailed timeline would better inform the panel of the producing process and the extent of the producing process.

Partnerships are widespread but tell us what each is for

Audience numbers do not come close to adding up

Proposal impact - this would be strnonger with economic or artistic impact; even though the volunteering is wonderful, that is not what this grant funds, so be careful to address the goals of the grant.

No full time employees

Steep increase in org budget - notes would be helpful in this instance to explain confidence in increasing budget

Supplemental materials show talented artists
