Cox Elaine - Score: 81.000

Goal 2 conflicts with your mission statement to promote and encourage the appreciation of classical chamber music. Goal 2, while admirable, strays from your intent when you state your plan is to sustain appreciate for the arts (ambiguous) and then you introduce other genres of music into your line-up.

Can you provide more detail about your partnerships?

I'm concerned your 1-time classroom visits aren't long enough to have a real impact. Would you consider visiting the classes at the start of your season and then at the end? Who designs your lesson plans? Would like to see an example of how the align with Florida education standards. Do the students attend a performance? When the workshop is only 60 minutes long, and part of is spent in a Q&A about how the artist "made it" I don't think it serves to help the child learn an appreciation for music/the arts.

Note that your impact numbers do not add up to your total of 4,000.

Jose Brian - Score: 89.000

The mission is reflected in the goals; however, I would like to see more metrics in the objectives.

The Partnership section lacks any detail of the partnership expectations.

I would really have liked to see more detail in the Education and Outreach section of the Impact area.

Palkhivala Tania - Score: 96.000
Hispanics/Latinos are identified as comprising at least 25% of the population directly benefitting, however I did not see an explanation of how potential language barriers are addressed.
Rivera Darren - Score: 94.000

Strong descriptions of program activities, and detailed timeline. Partnerships could use more detail, e.g. which ones contribute financially, and what do non-financial contributors bring to the table?

Good audience diversity. Strong marketing mix. Evaluation plan lacks measurement (most of your metrics are measurable but you don't quantify, e.g. e-mail open rate will increase from A percent to Bpercent, and click rate will increase from X percent to Y percent).

Rusconi Ellen - Score: 91.000

Objectives - more specific  measurable ends to mark progress towards the goal; for example, how many collaborating partners?  how many underserved/marginalized populations?

Partnerships - Any new partnerships or expanded partnerships?  What role do partners play beyond cross-promoting, and how do they cross promote?

Impact - good impact with very realistic numbers

Underserved - 3 of 4 counties in which they program are included on rural area of opportunity site list

Activities and programming seems achievable within the grant period and program is clearly explained

Economic impact could be more specific (ie what percentage of audience comes from outside the county)

Strong fiscal condition and sustainability, well-thought out evaluation plan.

Budget is understandable and makes sense

yes to 504 evaluation, include accessibility symbol in program

Video sample would be stronger if it showed the work - an excerpt from a concert or from a masterclass.
