It would be helpful if you were to gauge how many participants were from outside Broward county. I have to image that there are some people who minimally travel from neighboring counties to attend your events.

Good partnerships, including one with the school system that facilitates impact on youth. Measurable outcomes would strengthen the proposal, e.g. Increase the percentage of (under-served group) by X (from A to B); X percent of jazz lecture participants at Nova Southeastern will demonstrate an increase in knowledge and/or be satisfied or highly satisfied with the program. Strong impact through education and outreach. Economic impact, however, was not quantified. (Use Americans for the Arts calculator for this.) Good marketing mix.
