Cox Elaine - Score: 93.000

You have a strong list of collaborations. Thank you for bringing art to rural and underserved populations.

For future grant application I would be interested in seeing your evaluations and results, perhaps post-show assessments from teachers and students.

Jose Brian - Score: 93.000

Applicant provides admirable evidence of mission being supported by programs, goals, measurable objectives and partnerships. Solid!

Applicant manages evidence of educational impact quite well. Reviewer would like to see more detail of economic impact.

Palkhivala Tania - Score: 85.000

The application indicates underserved students are the primary target population, however there is little explanation of which underserved students (rural, Title I, special needs, etc...) will benefit and how they are identified for participation.

Hispanics/Latinos are identified as comprising 25% or more of the population directly benefitting, but there is no description of how potential language barriers are addressed.

This application is for Donna Wissinger on Tour, but I find that the narrative speaks less to the work of the individual artist and more to that of ARTZ OUT LOUD.

Rivera Darren - Score: 96.000

Impressive linkage with school district.
Rusconi Ellen - Score: 84.000

What county is this applicant in?  Touring performances must take place outside of artists county of residence.

activities do support mission

Objectives: provide clear targets for specific action and mark quantifiable interim steps towards reaching a goal

Activities: need specific tactics designed to achieve objectives

Partnerships: improve by describing the role of these partners and collaborators

Timeline would be easier to visualize if it were laid out for activities of this proposal

Arts Out Loud typically benefit 3000 - 6000 students; how is the 8,500 in school-based youth calculated?

2 counties on their list are on the REDI counties/Underserved List provided

Stronger to align materials with specific Florida Standards.

Data in impact? Quantify rather than anecdotal.

Marketing: what precisely does Arts Out Loud provide for marketing?  How do they let potential presenters - especially in underserved areas - know about their programs?

Budget is incomplete.  How is funding spent?

The quality of the music is excellent.  I'm confused by the Symphony's role in this proposal, however.  I would like to see more of the non-Symphony work.

On the tour schedule, it seems there are far fewer counties represented in the past 12 months than in the grant proposal

Does the funding supplement or reduce the presenter fees?  What are the concert fees?

Any evaluation methods?

Excellent reviews from Fresh Start.  good videos
