I appreciate that you acknowledge that 34.8% of Jefferson county residents identify as African/Black American. However, what percentage of this population is represented on your board, staff, or in your programming? It is interesting that you did not list COCA as a partner. I would like to see you discuss how you will assess the goals and objectives articulated in the beginning of your proposal in your evaluation plan.

The Executive Director is very busy. How many dedicated volunteers does MOHA utilize? Who runs the Summer Camps?

Any statistics you can add about economic impact will only strengthen future applications. Use as many numbers and percentages as you can to make the case.

Technical question: There is not a timeline for 2018-2019 activities... is that a difference in application type or was it left out by the applicant?

For small organizations, especially those with only one employee, I always like to see a resume included as support material. It helps establish how the organization is being managed, particularly if the employee has been with the org for some time. I hope you will consider submitting a resume as support material in the future.
