Given that 77% of your county's population identifies as White, that means that 23% of the population is of color. Without accurate demographic data on how you are engaging this population in your activities we cannot appreciate the real impact of your organization. In addition, why only 1st, 3rd, and 5th graders? What about 2nd, 4th, and middle schoolers? This uneven distribution of arts education opportunities concerns me. In addition, why not use your evaluation plan to assess your performance on the goals and objectives you articulated? What is the cause for a decrease in budget for personnel?

Thank you for your sensitivity to your community's residents in planning your programs. Curious about admissions in current FY - are you on track to make the number? Why the increase in this FY? Kudos on your stance for comp tickets. There is a value to what arts organizations provide. The other nominally priced and free programs are a nice balance.
