I appreciate your acknowledging that residents who identify as White benefit the most from your offerings. However, I am curious about your efforts to engage people of color on your board and staff, and in your programming. Without this information, I cannot fully assess the real impact of your proposal. You have articulated noteworthy goals. Why not explicitly discuss how you assess your achievement of them in your evaluation plan? What explains the increase in costs for personnel?
