The true impact of your proposal is unknown. Given that residents who identify as White and those of Latin decent make up more than 25% of the population, are you sure these populations are not benefitting from your services? In addition, what percentage of the 8.5% of the population under 65 living with a disability do you serve? To improve your evaluation plan, explicitly discuss how you assess your attainment of the goals you articulated at the beginning of your proposal.

VSA Florida's progress in securing sustainable revenue sources is a model for other state's VSA organizations. While the learning objectives for each residency should be tailored for the affected participants, I would have liked a little more information about educators' perceptions on the residencies' value, particularly in relation to their curricula.

Please be sure to consider your application program support, not operating support. The state of Florida is making its investment in programs. I understand the overlap but do believe this distinction is important.

Excellent measurable objectives, yay! You make this so easy to understand.

Thank you for serving all of Florida - 100% of counties. Great job!

OUTSTANDING APPLICATION. Thanks!

Clearly, VSA is giving the state an excellent ROI.  Impressive partnerships and outreach.

Very well-written proposal.  Strong partnerships with schools and cultural organizations.  Great impact!  I really like that they hold multi-week classes.  Impressive that they paid over $500,000 directly to artists and do not ask for donations of time or art from artists.  Good marketing plan - I like that they plan to attend 2 festivals in each region and will partner with local organizations.  Fiscally healthy.  Good explanation of budget differences from year to year.  They do a great job with accessibility.
