I appreciate that you acknowledge that your county's White residents likely benefits those most from your efforts. However, what efforts have you made to engage the 21% of your population that identifies as of color on your board and staff, and in your programming? Without this it is difficult to assess the true extent of your proposal's impact. Your evaluation plan should address how you assess your performance on the noteworthy goals you articulated at the beginning of your proposal. What explains the increase in costs of personnel?
