This organization appears to be n excellent organization, producing high quality programming that is meaningful to its community, but I see only one actual arts project in the whole proposal. The proposal states that 5 artists will participate, but there are no artist bios - difficult to determine the artistic quality of the programming.

Consider developing other partnerships, especially for educational programs. Include more detail on both the economic and educational impact of the organization, including statistics and/or quotes. Well-written marketing section. More clearly define your evaluation methods. Finally, think about how to make your programs, not just your physical space, accessible.

My suggestion would be to expand details/stats for your marketing and promotion section. Also, specific details of stated programming in the Excellence narrative would enhance the narrative. The Accessibility section is fine but would benefit with more examples of creating access to a diverse population of visitors.
