Would have liked to have seen an example of evaluation. Accessibility Coordinator should complete the Section 504 Self Evaluation. |

Proposal is very specific about programming and partners The quality of guest artists is very high Project proposes master classes at UF for UF students with Twyla Tharp, Ariel Quartet, Royal Scottish Orchestra, German Lopes, Momix and Step Afrika. It is not at all clear whether these events (nearly half of the project) are open to the public and whether individuals who are not UF students will be able to participate in the master classes. Events not open to the public are not eligible for grant funding. Impact section discusses only economic impact, not other aspects of impact such as working with underserved communities, disables, etc Contracted artists should be listed under the line item Outside Artistic because they are not employees.

Better explain your activities, and the educational/outreach impact. Include more information on your evaluation plan. The accessibility answer is very weak. It does not describe how your programs are accessible to people with disabilities. Also, your organization has never completed a Section 504 workbook. |
