Activities and descriptions are well-articulated and clear. Inclusion of poetry is nice. Strong partnerships. Substantial growth. Budget makes sense. Very good support materials; testimonials particularly strong. Points subtracted due to previous very late reporting. |

Poetry Speak is serving the community's vulnerable youth population. The proposal needs to be consistent in its presentation of material. There are duplications of information that is copy and pasted. There are also discrepancies in what they call an event and how that is reported. They identify a much higher number of interaction opportunities in their narrative but claimed only 6 events in the question. | |

Clear and concise presentation of information. Nice consistent growth. Sporadic inclusion of poetry was nice, but in a few areas a bit distracting. It did however, help to tell the story. |

This is an excellent proposal. Organization does tremendous work with a tight budget, has a manageable schedule of activities with trackable goals, and demonstrates strong community support. |
