• The stated goals and objectives are all laudable, but quite exhaustive.  It would be best for the organization to focus on the core goals with easily connected objectives: Broad goals ---> specific objectives to support stated goad ----> specific activities to reach the objective.

Impact:

• How might the organization seek to increase its demographic base?
• Assessment and planning details should be under the organization evaluation plan in the management section.
• Thank you for including specific numbers regarding local economic impact, this is greatly of value when assessing an organizations impact.
• How many schools in the area have had music programs eliminated?  This number is essential to determine how many students would not have had access to arts otherwise.
