Excellence:

• The presentation of goals and objectives is VERY clean and easy to discern.  Thank you for your work in this area!
• With the objectives, it may be best to include some examples (e.g., what type of new collaborative opportunities may be possible?) to fully flesh out these objectives and show the thought process behind them.
• The balance of classical to lighter fare is appreciated here and clearly draws a larger audience.
• LOVE the Women in Song series - these types of offerings are critical in today's society

Impact:

• The details presented for local economic impact, both the survey and the organization-specific numbers are very much appreciated.
• The number of students impacted through YPC is massive and a huge boon for your organization and the students involved.
• M/P - The level of detail here is broad.  The organization clearly has a well-planned marketing area complete with concrete numbers in all area.

Management:

• Kudos for embarking on a strategic planning effort.  It would also be good to see a bit larger endowment as similarly-sized arts organizations tend to be higher for greater sustainability.
• Evaluation Plan:Thank you for uploading education program evaluation materials.  It would also be good to see patron surveys & artistic feedback as well as how this data is utilized to inform future seasons.
