Excellence:

• The mission is missing.  This is a statement of goals and not a pithy mission statement.
• The aims of the organization and this proposal are highly laudable, however specific and measurable objectives are absent from the proposal.  

Impact:

• Narrative here includes important information.  It would be good to see more specifics if at all possible, possibly details from similar proposals regarding hotel stays and such.
• More details about the outreach program would be nice here.  It sounds like a wonderful opportunity, but it is not fully articulated how such an outreach program would work.
• The marketing plan has a great deal of detail, but it seems a bit scattered in it's presentation. It would be beneficial to see this better organized to easily glean the information.  Additionally, how large is the mailing list?  How many social media likes and follows?  These details are incredibly important in assessing reach.

Management:

• The evaluation plan has a great deal of detail.  It would also be good to see the surveys included in the supplemental materials section as well to look over the questions.
