Great to read about strategic plan and the implementing of an advisory committee. The goal of preservation of culture and education of Cuban music and contribution is phenomenal. In the staff diversity section I would have liked to read how many afro Caribbean or cubans are on the board or are in a leadership position.

They received a grant in 2022, a grant in 2023 and this grant is for 2024? That said, I love the proposed architecture and the thematic Cuba diaspora. It is appropriate that this museum be in Miami-Dade only hundreds of miles from Cuba. They are raising funds for a 50,000,000 museum.
