Much thought has been given to your comprehensive marketing plan to increase the awareness of your organization. The steps you outlined are mostly concrete and actionable.

Part of your plan to reach a larger audience could be to lean into the interests of the more niche communities that support you such as with your "Jewish Voices" program as well as engage the large ex-New York population in South Florida with your partnership with Boscobel House and Garden. Are you finding ways to market these performances in specifically so that your message will reach these communities?

Your economic impact as reported is extraordinary: $500,000 going into your community per season!

I am glad to see the education initiatives and school based partnerships that you have listed where there are music magnet programs such as Bak and Dreyfoos. Are there any Palm Beach county schools that are considering re-starting or forming new orchestra programs? Could you make yourself a resource to elementary teachers who are trying to start a string program? Not sure what the feasibility of such an initiative, but it would be great to see a resurgence of orchestra as a common school offering in your community (like wind band).

It sounds like you are in very capable hands with your executive director in terms of access, diversity, equity, and inclusion!
