mission - world class visual and performing arts Baker museum; leanring center; cultural campus; Hayes Hall grant request for Naples Philharmonic at Artis- Naples Goals - broad and sensible for Artist (maybe list goals for the Philharmonic?) ; objectives - as the grant instructions state, 3 objectives for each goal; Objectives - measurable and within a reasonable time frame; film events not included in objectives. Nice - New York Times coverage! Free and subsidized programs - seems like it's for youth. How do you make the performing arts accessible to other members of the community? Diversity training for all employees - good! $125 million endowment is extraordinary Evaluation - needs expansion; how do you conduct evaluation? What are the avenues? How do you measure artistic excellence???? outcomes - results or what changed due to your project? How did attendance change? An outcome may be '25,000 new patrons will visit one of our programs' or 'we will receive 5 national placements in newspapers, magazines, newsletters, etc." Thanks for clarifying the programmatic support in the budget. Music link worked just fine. suggestion: include a few more letters of support, especially from your partners. |
