High-level exhibits and programs reach Miami's diverse audiences, although perhaps not essential. Goals, objectives and activities further the mission. the Perez has high levels of visitation and significant impact on its diverse audiences through free days and creative partnerships and programs. Would love more detail about lines 5 and 9 in expense. Some minor concerns about sustainability -- really need to build endowment or cut expenses.
