The creativity of utilizing a thank you letter to glean the experience from the child's perspective is a fresh approach. Relationship building is extensive and targets a wide variety of growth behind the scenes in the performing arts.

Clear mission statement for dedicated department . Goals are broad as are the objectives and limited activities identified that are clearly aligned w/ (woudl make progress toward) goals/objectives. Partnerships identified but it would really be nice to see explanation for how these partnerships work, something to show that they are more than simply service recipients, which is what they seem. Evaluation description doesnt explain enough for a strong takeaway, not sure how regularly evaluation takes place, how often its assessed or utilized/incorporated, when specifically or generally they aim to learn through their eval, etc.

The mission statement is not clear, at least without connecting it to the University of Florida Performing Arts (we see the mission in the application before we understand it's the Performing Arts department). Its missing a how or why.
