The organization of content within this application made it very easy to read.

Also, really appreciated seeing the objectives included with the DEI statement--indicates that the organization is actively acknowledging the need for change.

Clear, well written grant

75% of budget to local talent. Good stepping stone also to larger companies in US and abroad..

good to consider education programs as audience development.

Creative additional exposure marketing, ie. Sat. morning markets, art walks, Dali Museum, etc.

Good fiscal balance... $900,000 net asset 2018-19. Virtual gala this year with 21 tenors... excellent idea.

Hiring professional staff for cross section of positions - mktg, acctng and development is wise decision and will absolutely pay off.

Excellent Goals/Objectives and Collaborations. Timeline could be reorganized under months or periods to make it more readable. Well thought out marketing strategy--easy to follow. Fiscal condition/sustainability--strengthen by providing data on contributed/earned revenue, including major grants/donations, ticket sales, etc. Operating Budget Summary--current and next fiscal year should balance, OR include a justification in the question below.

This is a well crafted proposal. I would like a little more of a sense of who you are as an organization. Where you are...where you are going.

Remember to write for those who know nothing of what you do.
