- the Goals, Objectives, and Activities section is very vague - while I absolutely love the organization's mission, this section does not effectively communicate the depth of the program, its activities, performance opportunities etc. - the timeline does not reflect the grant period (July 2021-June 2022) - The Demographics section communicates impact, but it is presented in a vague manner - try to include specific figures that reflect the demographic makeup of the community that you serve.

I sure wish your program narrative provided more detail about your programs, concert schedules, etc. There is no detail about your organization. Providing tuition and instruments is an objective not a goal. same of salary support. Your objectives are out of scope of this grant proposal. Nice partnerships. Your timeline is not within the scope of the grant activities: proposed activities occur between 7/1/2021 - 6/30/2022? * Copying and pasting is a dangerous thing! What are your 6 events. Not listed. Demographics are incomplete, and lack detail. too generalized. Marketing again wrong year. This grant seems copied from last year without any thought. Your budget says from completed year June 30, 2020, but the grant was submitted in May? confusing. A reminder that accessibility goes beyond just ADA compliance. It is about access to your programs. There was more information in your attachments than in your narrative. I wish you would have included a recording of one of your concerts. A pdf of a program book too?

All dates listed in the timeline and objectives are outside of the grant period of 7/1/2021-6/30/2022 Are there considerations being made to adjust or expand offerings due to the pandemic? |

I would appreciate more detail. Your Proposal Impact description was helpful. Provide that kind of context throughout your application. The grant is for FY22, but your timeline is for FY21. Your Goals/Objectives/Activities indicate "what," but not "why" or "how." There is no description of the music director or faculty, even in the support materials. I'm not sure I understand your use of "Applicant Cash." It looks like a consistent amount, but is not reflected as income. Is this a spend down of a reserve fund? |
