Barb Bullock is a marketing strategist, fundraising consultant, and nonprofit advisor with more than 30 years of experience in arts, education, and community organizations. She specializes in fundraising, grant development, donor engagement, corporate sponsorships, and strategic communications, helping nonprofits strengthen visibility, relationships, and organizational capacity.

Barb works with nonprofit organizations throughout Florida and beyond and serves as a grant reviewer and panelist for the National Endowment for the Arts, Community Foundation of Sarasota County, Florida Department of State Division of Arts and Culture, and Arts Advocates Sarasota.

A passionate advocate for the arts, literacy, and lifelong learning, Barb is an active supporter of Sarasota’s arts and cultural community, a volunteer with children’s literacy initiatives, a presenter on books and reading resources, and a dedicated NetGalley reviewer. She lives in Sarasota, Florida.

• Served on the boards of numerous organizations as well as state, regional and national panels of the Council for International Exchange of Scholars, Performing Arts Exchange, Oklahoma Arts Council, Wisconsin Arts Board, Oklahoma Youth Orchestras, Respect Diversity Foundation, Arts Midwest National Conference, Oklahoma Governor’s International Team, Association of Performing Arts Professionals, Texas Arts Commission, Oklahoma Israel Exchange, Miami-Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs, and the NEA

• Fulbright Scholar to Ecuador and Uruguay and served as the President of the Central Oklahoma Fulbright Association; board member of the American Council on International Intercultural Education (ACIIE) and Chair of national conferences in Seattle (2002), Dallas (2003), and Boston (2005); and board member of the College Music Society – South Central Chapter, Oklahoma International Congress, and the Oklahoma Sister Cities Council.  He was Chair of the Block Booking Committee of the Da Vinci Institute of the Kirkpatrick Foundation, Vice President for Sister Cities International of Oklahoma City, and President of the Oklahoma Association of Community College Instructional Administrators, Oklahoma Global Education Consortium, and the Oklahoma Association of Community Colleges.
• Formerly Dean of Global Education and Cultural Programs and Dean of Arts and Humanities at Oklahoma City Community College, Dean of the Wisconsin Conservatory of Music, and a faculty member at Marquette University, Milwaukee Area Technical College, Kent State University, the College of Wooster, Tulsa Community College, and Florida International University. As a Dean at Oklahoma City Community College he took great pride in serving as an actor in theatrical productions, most memorably as the King in “Once Upon a Mattress”
• Served as Executive Director of Arts Festival Oklahoma, the Cultural Awareness Series, and the OK MOZART International Festival.  In 1998, he created the Oklahoma Film Institute at Oklahoma City Community College, in collaboration with the Lt. Governor's Office, Oklahoma Film Commission, and Oklahoma Tourism Commission. In part, he led film and video production efforts to elevate the level of professional and commercial film production in Oklahoma.

• Tammy Hauser is a theatrical producer, nonprofit arts consultant, and CEO of Discover Sarasota Tours, a tour company located in Sarasota, FL.
• Prior to founding Blue Sky Thinking in 2001, Tammy worked as the Director of Education and Community Relations for Hennepin Theater Trust in Minneapolis, as the Director of Arts and Education for the Minnesota State Arts Board and as Statewide Director of the Magnet Arts High Schools for the Perpich Center for Arts Education.
• Tammy has more than 35 years of experience managing theater, dance, music, and arts organizations across the country and has served as a theater grants panelist for the MN State Arts Board, and the National Endowment for the Arts.
